Tenants Hall

State-of-the-art Tenants Hall in Middleton is managed by Health for All.

It provides office space, meeting rooms and hall space which can be hired. It also offers a wide range of community activities in quality conditions, with a number of community groups and organisations meeting here:

Mondays

DAZL Dance 4-8pm (various ages)

The Middleton Tones 7-9 pm

Tuesdays

Tots Group 9.30 am to 10.30 am

Slimming World 5-9 pm

Wednesdays

Rags to Riches soft furbishing and sewing 10-12 and 1-3pm

Karate Club 6.30-7.30pm

Grandparents Group 1-3 pm

Fridays

Middleton Minstrels Community Choir 10.30am-12.30pm

Hobbies Together Craft Group 10am-noon

Indoor bowling 1-3pm (winter months only)

Saturdays

Middleton Community Group (second Saturday of month) 10am.

The centre also hosts a permanent exhibition on Middleton's history via the Middleton Life local history group.

 

Tenants Hall is Health for All's headquarters and hosts key core staff and senior management as well as a number of projects and services including Health Trainers and community transport.

The range of facilities which are available for booking include:

Hall
A large multi-purpose hall accommodating for up to 150 people. The hall also includes a specially designed sprung floor suitable for dance activities.  The hall can also be divided into two separate areas if required.

Multi-Purpose Room
This is a multi-purpose activity space accommodating for up to 50 people.  The multi-purpose room contains a small kitchen area, toilets and access to an enclosed outdoor space.

Office Space
Furnished offices are available to rent. These vary in size and can accommodate between two and five people and include everything you need for a fully functioning office.   Currently the centre is fully occupied.

Meeting Rooms
The centre has three meeting rooms which vary in size to accommodate between four and 12 people.

The centre is owned by Leeds City Council and is run by Health for All (Leeds) Ltd. Development of the £1.6 million Enterprise Centre has been funded by Central Government and the European Union European Regional Development Fund (ERDF)
