Family Group Conference Service
The Family Group Conference Service aims to prevent children from being taken into care by the local authority by giving families the professional guidance needed to address problems.
An experienced, Social Care qualified independent coordinator meets with all extended family members and facilitates a conference at which the family members produce a positive action plan.
